Decentralized Pictures (DCP) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization created to enable the next generation of independent filmmakers. We use a community-driven, onchain platform to identify and support emerging talent through funding, mentorship, and visibility.
By combining transparent technology with a filmmaker-first model, DCP has awarded over $1M to independent creators and helped new voices gain access to meaningful industry opportunities. Our community watches, reviews, and elevates standout projects, ensuring that creative discovery is fair, democratic, and truly reflective of the storytellers shaping cinema today.
